What time is the check-in and check-out?
The standard check-in is from 14:00 h and the check-out is until 11:00 h. If you book directly through our official website, the early check-in is free, subject to availability. We recommend that you let us know when making your reservation or contact us before your arrival to confirm it.
Does the hotel allow minors?
The Zentral Center Hotel is an exclusive establishment for adults over 16 years old. Guests under 16 years old are not admitted.
Does the hotel have parking? How much does it cost?
Yes, we have paid parking. The cost is 12.00 € per full night. We recommend checking with the reception to confirm availability.
How can I get to the hotel from the airport?
You can arrive by taxi, public transportation (TITSA buses) or private transfer. We have a special agreement with a transfer company: if you indicate that you are a client of the Hotel Zentral Center when making your transfer reservation, you will get an exclusive discount. The estimated cost of the journey from Tenerife South Airport is between 37.00 € and 40.00 €. You can check the service through the link available on our website or ask at the reception.
Is the hotel accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes. We have 12 rooms adapted for wheelchairs, designed to offer comfort and autonomy to guests with reduced mobility. In addition, the area where the hotel is located is accessible: you can reach the beach in a wheelchair without any problem. If you have any specific needs, do not hesitate to contact us before your arrival.
What services does the hotel include?
The Zentral Center Hotel is an urban hotel designed for rest and outdoor activity. We offer free WiFi throughout the property, a restaurant with breakfast and dinner buffet, a 24-hour bar at reception, a rooftop pool terrace with jacuzzi and sauna, self-service automatic laundry (5 coins per machine, soap included), paid parking (12.00 € per night), airport transfer service with affiliated company, excursions for sale, and wake-up service. At reception, you can also request an ironing board and pool towels with a deposit of 20.00 € per unit, refundable upon return. We do not offer animation, full spa, or holiday hotel services. We are a different kind of hotel: comfortable, quiet, and well-located.
What time is breakfast and dinner served?
The buffet breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:00 h. Dinner times vary according to the season: in summer, from 19:30 to 22:00 h; in winter, from 19:00 to 21:30 h. The restaurant is located on the -1 floor of the hotel and does not require prior reservation. For people with celiac disease, we have gluten-free bread, and there is also lactose-free milk.
